PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex in which γ-oryzanol can be blended into aqueous formulation simply and at high concentration, and by which emulsified or solubilized composition having transparency of external appearance and high dispersion stability is obtained.SOLUTION: There is provided a γ-oryzanol-phospholipid complex which is obtained by removing organic solvent from solution in which component (A) γ-oryzanol and component (B) phospholipid are homogeneously dissolved in organic solvent and precipitating sparingly water-soluble physiologically active substance and phospholipid simultaneously, in which the content of component (A) is 20 to 40 wt.%, and the content of component (B) is 60 to 80 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】水系の処方にγ-オリザノールを簡便かつ高濃度に配合でき、かつ、外観の透明感があり、分散安定性の高い乳化又は可溶化組成物が得られる複合体を提供する。【解決手段】成分(A)γ-オリザノールと、成分(B)リン脂質が有機溶媒中に均一に溶解している溶液から、有機溶媒を除去して、難水溶性の生理活性物質とリン脂質を同時に析出せしめて得られるγ-オリザノール-リン脂質複合体で、成分(A)の含有量が20~40重量%、成分(B)の含有量が60~80重量%であることを特徴とする複合体を用いる。【選択図】なし
