PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil emulsion composition compounded with a large amount of a silicone oil and having excellent emulsion stability and being improved in stickiness.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil emulsion composition is produced by compounding (A) a specific N-long-chain acyl neutral amino acid ester (e.g. one or two kinds of esters selected from N-myristoyl-N-methyl-&beta-alanine phytosteryl ester and N-myristoyl-N-methyl-&beta-alanine decyltetradecyl ester), (B) a silicone oil (e.g. a cyclic silicone oil) and (C) water.
