A conjugate formed by a HSP90 inhibition peptide and cytotoxic agent via linker conjugation and usage thereof in preparing medicine for preventing and/or treating tumor. The conjugate has three anti-tumor effects including targeting delivery, chemistry treatment and tumor destruction, and can increase a drug capability of destroying the tumor. A reduction in relative dosage can obviously reduce the toxicity induced by accumulation of chemotherapy drugs.L'invention porte sur un conjugué formé par un peptide inhibiteur de HSP90 et un agent cytotoxique par le biais d'une conjugaison de lieurs et sur son utilisation lors de la préparation d'un médicament destiné à prévenir et/ou à traiter une tumeur. Le conjugué présente trois effets anti-tumoraux comprenant le ciblage de l'administration, le traitement chimique et la destruction tumorale et peut augmenter la capacité du médicament à détruire la tumeur. Une réduction du dosage relatif peut de toute évidence réduire la toxicité induite par une accumulation de médicaments de chimiothérapie.
