The present invention relates to a method for producing aerial spores of Trichoderma spp. characterized by the steps of: preparing Trichoderma spp. inoculum by inoculating a spore suspension of Trichoderma spp. into an activation medium followed by incubation propagating the inoculum by liquid fermentation to form mycelial culture incubating the mycelial culture under alternate light and dark condition in a static condition to allow formation of a mycelial mat and aerial spores harvesting the aerial spores by suspending the matured mycelial mat in water under constant shaking re-nourishing the matured mycelial mat with an re-activation medium and repeating the steps of incubating, harvesting, and re-nourishing for a minimum of one time.
