Disclosed is a blended tea beverage packed in a container, which has a dark color (particularly a dark brown color), has no bitter or astringent taste, has a refreshing taste, and produces a reduced amount of a precipitate during the storage for a long period. Specifically disclosed is a blended tea beverage comprising an extract from at least one raw material selected from each of two or more groups selected among the following five groups (A) to (E): (A): a stem leaf of a plant Camellia sinensis (B) a stem leaf of a plant other than Camellia sinensis (C) a grain seed (D) a plant-derived raw material other than a stem leaf and a crop seed and (E) a bacterium-derived raw material. The blended tea beverage has the following characteristic properties (i) to (iv): (i) the caffeine content is 150 ppm or less (ii) the Brix value is 0.5% or less (iii) the Haze value is less than 10 and (iv) the color tone value is 0.8 or more as measured at a wavelength of 420 nm.
