The present invention relates to a composition for freeze-drying and preserving lactic acid bacteria, comprising cyclodextrin and palm oil and, more specifically, to a composition for freeze-drying and preserving lactic acid bacteria comprising cyclodextrin, and to a composition for freeze-drying and preserving lactic acid bacteria further comprising palm oil.
