The present invention relates to an artificial fish breeding farm and an artificial fish breeding farm building method. According to the present invention, the artificial fish breeding farm can be easily built during buoy connection based solely on underwater connection of inclined lines for seaweed growth. Accordingly, the artificial fish breeding farm can be built within a short period of time. In the case of fish breeding farm building deep in the sea, a buoy line is shortened and is supported by the inclined lines for seaweed growth connected to multiple fish reefs. Accordingly, buoy line cutting can be minimized. The artificial fish breeding farm can be vertically built by means of the inclined lines for seaweed growth provided in multiple stages deep in the sea.
