PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device and method for making a fish reef structure in which a physical burden of a worker is reduced and the work of making the fish reef structure can efficiently be performed.SOLUTION: An auxiliary device 1 for making a fish reef structure includes: a base part 10 disposed of a lifting part 11 and a receiving part 102 on the upper surface of a large rectangular part connected in the horizontal direction, and an inclined part 101 and an operation part 13 on the upper surface of a small rectangular part； the lifting part 11 of a pantograph mechanism having a lifting part base body 114 for pivotally attaching respective one pair of upper links 111 and lower links 112, a joint part 113 of the upper link and the lower link, and the lower side ends of the respective lower links； a holding part 12 mounted to the upper part of the lifting part 11, being a turntable structure with the upper surface turning flatly in the circumference direction, and having a pair of hooking parts 121； and an operation part 13 of the lifting part 11 having a substantially L-shaped body part 131, and a roller part 133 and a foot pedal 132 mounted to a body part.【課題】作業者の肉体的負担を軽減すると共に、魚礁構成物の作成作業を効率良く行うことができる魚礁構成物の作成補助器具、および、魚礁構成物の作成方法を提供する。【解決手段】魚礁構成物の作成補助器具１は、水平方向に繋がった大矩形部上面にリフト部１１と受け止め部１０２が、小矩形部上面に傾斜部１０１と操作部１３が配置された基台部１０と、各一対の上部リンク１１１と下部リンク１１２、上部リンクと下部リンクのジョイント部１１３、各下部リンクの下方側端部を軸着するリフト部基体１１４を有するパンタグラフ機構のリフト部１１と、リフト部１１上部に取着され、上面が平坦かつ円周方向に回動するターンテーブル構造であり一対の掛止部１２１を有する保持部１２と、略Ｌ字状の本体部１３１、本体部に取着されたローラ部１３３とフットペダル１３２を有するリフト部１１の操作部１３を備える。【選択図】図１
