The present invention may apply a concrete structure in a vacant space formed within a lower hull in a fish reef of a sunken ship which uses a wasted ship as an artificial reef and, more specifically, relates to a fish reef of a sunken ship installed with a concrete roof structure using an H beam, which inserts a plurality of concrete roofs, manufactured in a roof shape by using concrete materials, between a pair of H beams arranged in parallel to be spaced apart from each other at regular intervals in a shape of 工工, in the longitudinal direction of the H beams.
