PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouch with a fastener capable of preventing the fastener from contamination by its contents before opening, in which any fastener can be used, thereby, the fastener most suitable to its contents and/or material of the pouch can be selected.SOLUTION: A pouch with a fastener for sealing a peripheral edge of front and rear films 11 and 12 comprises a partitioning film 3 and a fastener 2 inside. Inside of the pouch is partitioned into a content storage chamber A and a non-storage chamber B by sealing two opposing sides of the partitioning film to the respective front and rear films, and the fastener is arranged in the non-storage chamber. The partitioning film is a film different from the fastener, and formed of a laminated body including a base material film 31 and a sealant film 32, and partially provided with a tearable weakening line 3x.
