PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out a content stored in a storage dome without a direct touch, and supply the content to a desired position.SOLUTION: A taking out tool includes: a first support part 21 configured to support the front surface 11a side of a base sheet 11, and include a first opening 24 through which the storage dome 12 is inserted and a second support part 23 configured to be connected with the first support part 21 rotatably through a hinge part 22, support the rear surface 11b side of the base sheet 11, and include a second opening 31, through which the content C from the storage dome 12 passes. The first support part 21 includes a pressure film 25 configured to cover the first opening 24, be formed in an elastically deformable state, and press the storage dome 12 from the front surface 11a side toward the rear surface 11b side of the base sheet 11.
