PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a root vegetable harvester capable of putting cutting positions of foliage parts of a crop in order at a proper position and preventing uncut portions of the foliage parts and incorrect cutting of root parts.SOLUTION: The root vegetable harvester includes a pull out and transporting device 24 for transporting the crop toward upper backward by pulling the crop from a field, left and right position-adjusting devices 54L, 54R for adjusting heights by regulating elevation of roots of the conveyed crop with passing the foliage parts of the crop during conveying by the pull out and transporting device 24, and a foliage cutting device 61 for cutting the foliage portions of the crop whose positions have been adjusted in order by the left and right position-adjusting devices 54L, 54R.
