The rigid board 5 includes a first surface including a core-wire connecting section 5a to which core wires 42a of the coaxial lines 42 are connected and a second surface including an external-conductor connecting section 5b to which external conductors 42c of the coaxial lines 42 are connected, the second surface being substantially parallel to the first surface. The coaxial lines 42 are connected substantially in parallel to the first and second surfaces of the rigid board 5.
