In the present invention, disclosed is a stent for preventing movement, wherein the stent is inserted in inner cavities like duodenum, large intestine, esophagus, and bile passage and is used on lesions caused by the narrowness due to benign and malignant tumors. The stent for preventing movement of the present invention comprises: a body with an inner path which is a cylinder-shaped mesh structure tide with elastic members and a movement prevention unit which is a part of the body and which prevents the body from moving on lesion. The body comprises: a first elastic unit which is installed on the center part of the body and arranged on the lesion a pair of second elastic units which are installed on both sides of the first elastic unit and are extended from the first elastic unit a third elastic unit which is installed on one side of the second elastic units and is extended from the second elastic units and a fourth elastic unit which is installed on one side of the third elastic unit, is extended from the third elastic unit, and is a part of the end of the body.
