The present invention relates to a surgical guide assembly for guiding surgical instruments to a part to be operated in intervention procedure works； and a surgical guide device using the same. The present invention comprises: a guide unit to which a rear unit joint, a central unit joint and a front unit joint are sequentially coupled； and a wire unit which comprises a first wire, a second wire, a third wire and a fourth wire sequentially penetrating and installed in the rear unit joint, the central unit joint and the front unit joint, respectively.
