The housing has a longitudinal channel for the rotation shaft and a parallel tube for the above-mentioned spoke fixed to the housing, an outer stationary unit is fixed to the lower part of the housing, an inner mobile unit located inside the outer unit. The lever is simultaneously connected to the inner mobile unit by hinges and pusher with a possibility of mobile unit movement relative to the stationary unit, perpendicularly to the spoke axis. The centralizer for cotyloid component cement fixation is made with an axial threaded hole for spoke screwing.
