The device 10 also includes 5 a second engagement member including a second body 50 forming a second aperture for receipt of a fastener and a threaded extension 51 extending outward from the second body 50. The device 10 further includes an expansion ring 60 including a first end having a threaded surface in threaded communication with the threaded extension 51 and a second end in rotatable communication with the 10 extension 41. The second engagement member 50 moves with respect to the first engagement member 40 where a torque is applied to the expansion ring 60.
