PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which evaluates balance in a standing posture and achieve prevention or early detection of locomotive syndrome and dementia.SOLUTION: A standing posture evaluation device 10 has an overhead 3D camera 12, a body pressure sensor 14, a control unit 16 and a display 18. With the overhead 3D camera 12, an overhead image of an evaluation object person is picked up and a position ghead where the position of the center of gravity of the head is projected on the floor is calculated. With the body pressure sensor 14, a position gfp where the position of the center of gravity of the body of the evaluation object person is projected on the floor is calculated. The control unit 16 evaluates the balance in the standing posture on the basis of a degree of separation between the position of the center of gravity of the head ghead and the position of the center of gravity of the body gfp and a temporal variation, and displays the evaluation result on the display 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】立位姿勢バランスを評価し、ロコモや認知症の予防・早期発見に資する装置を提供する。【解決手段】立位姿勢評価装置10は、頭上3Dカメラ12、体圧センサ14、制御装置16、及びディスプレイ18を備える。頭上3Dカメラ12で評価対象者の頭上画像を撮影し、頭部重心位置を床面に投影した位置gheadを算出する。体圧センサ14で評価対象者の身体重心位置を床面に投影した位置gfpを算出する。制御装置16は、頭部重心位置gheadと身体重心位置gfpの乖離の程度や時間的変化に基づいて立位姿勢バランスを評価し、評価結果をディスプレイ18に表示する。【選択図】図1
