The present disclosure is related to a pharmaceutical composition to be administered parenterally and be used for the treatment of problems related to the bone reabsorption using a plastic material reservoir as well as a specific pH adjustment in a range of 3.5-6.5 with inorganic ionic salts, the specific active ingredient is the sodium ibandronate, in an amount equivalent to the ibandronic acid.La presente invención consiste de una composición farmacéutica para ser administrada por vía parenteral y ser utilizada para el tratamiento de problemas relacionados con la reabsorción ósea usando un reservorio de un material plástico, así como de un ajuste específico de pH en un rango de 3.5-6.5 con sales iónicas inorgánicas, siendo el ingrediente activo en específico el ibandronato de sodio en una cantidad equivalente al ácido ibandronico.
