PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming body which allows a user to observe an image in a manner that the image seems to be moving, when the image forming body is inclined to a light source for observing the image, namely, has kinetic effect, and requires no high accuracy of fitting, receives no limitation of product form (design), and can be produced at low cost, and to provide a production method of the same.SOLUTION: On the printed matter, a first image area, a contour area, and a second image area which have different height each other, are disposed so that they contact to each other in the height order. The first image area is disposed so that streaks are disposed in a numerous-line state by ink or embossment. The second image area is formed of a mat image by high-gloss ink. In addition, the contour area is formed by ink flowing therein from the second image area to the first image area because of height difference.
