The present invention relates to an anti-aging composition comprising a Cannabis sativa extract and, more specifically, to an anti-aging composition which increases wrinkle alleviation and elasticity improvement effects by adding a germinated grain extract having an antioxidant effect to a ginseng extract, a cultivated ginseng extract and a red ginseng extract having an anti-aging effect.
