PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode sheet to which a wire extending to a measurement position of a living body can be easily connected as needed.SOLUTION: Electrode sheets (primary sheet and secondary sheet) include sheet-like flexible base materials 2 and 11, wires 3 and 12 formed on the flexible base materials 2 and 11, electrodes 5 and 14 formed on the flexible base materials 2 and 11, and electrically connected to the wires 3 and 12, and insulation layers 4 and 13 overlapped with the wires 3 and 12, and overlapped with the flexible base materials 2 and 11 with the electrodes 5 and 14 being exposed.
