The primary ring is arranged in the outer side of a wound. The primary ring is manufactured of metal materials or plastic materials having elasticity. The secondary ring is arranged in the inner side of the wound. The holding member interlinks the primary ring and the secondary ring. The holding member comprises a supporting part(30) of a cylindrical shape, a top flexible part(20), and a bottom flexible part. The supporting part supports the wound. The top flexible part is integrally connected with the primary ring.
