PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable medical solution administration device capable of highly accurately and continuously administering an ultratrace amount of medical solution for a long period of time without enlarging the device.SOLUTION: The medical solution administration device includes: a motor part； a gear driven by the motor part； and a feed screw mechanism provided on a rotating shaft of the gear for sliding a plunger in a syringe for storing the medical solution. The feed screw mechanism includes: a drive screw that has reverse-winding screw threads on the cylindrical outer periphery and inner periphery thereof and is fitted to the gear； an external screw that is provided at a fixed position relative to the motor part, with it fitted to the outer periphery of the drive screw； and an inner screw that is fixed to the plunger, with it fitted to the inner periphery of the drive screw.【課題】装置を大型化することなく、超微量の薬液を長時間にわたって高精度に連続投与することが可能な携帯型の薬液投与装置を提供する。【解決手段】モータ部と、前記モータ部によって駆動される歯車と、薬液を収容するシリンジ内で押し子を摺動させるためのものであって前記歯車の回転軸上に設けられた送りネジ機構とを有し、前記送りネジ機構は、筒状の外周と内周とに逆巻きのネジ山が設けられると共に前記歯車に対して嵌合された駆動ネジと、前記駆動ネジの外周に嵌合させた状態で前記モータ部に対して固定された位置に設けられた外ネジと、前記駆動ネジの内周に嵌合させた状態で前記押し子に対して固定状態とされる内ネジとを備えた薬液投与装置である。【選択図】図１
