PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation and eccentricity of feed screws and provide a stable operation of therapeutic elements by a simple constitution in a parallel link mechanism type massage device.SOLUTION: This massage device 1 is provided with: the left/right therapeutic elements 2 abutting on a human body M and executing a massage drive parts 3 for actuating the therapeutic elements 2 the feed screws 4 rotated by being engaged with the respective drive parts 3 feed nuts 5 threadedly engaged with the respective feed screws 4 and fed along the length direction of the feed screws 4 and a connecting mechanism engaged with the therapeutic elements 2 and the feed nuts, transmitting the movements of the feed nuts 5 to the therapeutic elements and moving the therapeutic elements 2 in the vertical, horizontal and extracting/retracting directions. The feed screws 4 are disposed in the vertical direction Z, the drive parts 3 are disposed thereunder, the both ends of the respective feed screws 4 are supported to bearing parts 6 and 7 having an alignment mechanism for aligning the eccentricity of the feed screws 4. The alignment mechanism suppresses the deformation of the respective feed screws and twisting with the feed nuts to realize the smooth movement of the therapeutic elements 2.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】パラレルリンク機構式のマッサージ装置において、簡単な構成により、送りネジの変形や偏心を防止して施療子の安定動作を実現可能とする。【解決手段】マッサージ装置1は、人体Mに当接してマッサージを施す左右の施療子2と、施療子2を動作させる駆動部3と、各駆動部3にそれぞれ係合して回転される送りネジ4と、各送りネジ4に螺合してその送りネジ4の長さ方向に沿って送られる送りナット5と、施療子2及び送りナット5に係合し、送りナット5の動きを施療子2に伝達して施療子2を上下、左右、および出退方向に移動可能とする結合機構と、を備え、送りネジ4を上下方向Zに配置すると共に、その下部に駆動部3を配置して成り、各送りネジ4の両端は、送りネジ4の偏心を調整する調心機構を有する軸受部6,7によって支持されている。調心機構が各送りねじの変形や送りナットとのこじれなどを抑制し、スムーズな施療子2の動きを実現する。【選択図】図1
