PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine for performing stretch exercises with respect to the legs of a person to be treated.SOLUTION: The massage machine includes: a chair body constituted of a seat part on which the person to be treated is seated, a backrest part against which the person leans, and a footrest for supporting the legs of the person a massage mechanism arranged so as to be movable from the backrest part to the footrest via the seat part inside the chair body and a control part for controlling the operation of the massage mechanism. The massage mechanism includes: a pair of right and left inner treatment elements a pair of right and left outer treatment elements which becomes the pairs with the inner treatment elements and arranged by separation from the inner treatment elements on more external sides in a right and left direction and a drive means for driving the treatment elements. The drive means changes a separation distance in the right and left direction between the inner treatment elements and the outer treatment elements.
