PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To horizontally move a lifting/lowering base in the longitudinal direction with lifting/lowering of a bed without directly transmitting vibration to a subject, the vibration generated when stopping the horizontal movement of the lifting/lowering base of the bed.SOLUTION: A support base 9 is provided between a lifting/lowering base 3 and a pantograph arm 8, and a feed screw 5 functioned as a horizontal movement mechanism is disposed on the support base 9. A long shaft of the feed screw is disposed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of a top board 4, and is inserted into a movable nut 5A that is attached to the lifting/lowering base and is movable along the longitudinal direction of the feed screw. A constant force spring 6 is attached to a shaft end of the feed screw 5, and a weight 7 that is mounted on the base 2 and functioned as a movement stop mechanism, is attached to the other end of the constant force spring so as to suppress vibration when the horizontal movement of the lifting/lowering base 3 is stopped and to suppress deterioration in a ride quality of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝台の昇降台の水平移動の停止時に生じる振動を直接被検者へ伝えることなく、寝台の昇降に伴い昇降台を長手方向に水平移動させることを可能とする。【解決手段】昇降台3とパンタアーム8の間に支持台9を設け、支持台9上には水平移動機構として機能する送りネジ5が配置される。送りネジの長軸は天板4の長手方向と平行に配置され、昇降台に取付けられ、送りネジの長手方向に沿って移動可能なナット5Aに挿入される。送りネジ5の軸端には、定荷重ばね6が取付けられ、定荷重ばねの他端に、基台2に載置され、移動停止機構として機能する重石7を取付けることで、昇降台3の水平移動停止時の振動を抑え、被検者の乗り心地の悪化を抑えることができる。【選択図】図2
