CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly vegetable base oil for disinfection oil of space spray contains 30-50 weight parts of biodiesel or vegetable oil, 20-50 weight parts of vegetable glycerin, 20-50 weight parts of ethanol or methanol, 1-10 weight parts of sodium hydroxide, and 20-50 weight parts of water. The composition further contains 1-10 weight parts of vegetable nutrient and 1-10 weight parts of deodorizer. The water includes hydrogen water or oxygen water. The deodorizer includes natural phytoncide extract or natural baby powder flavor. A method for preparing the oil comprises a step of mixing vegetable glycerin into biodiesel or vegetable oil(S101)； and a step of homogenizing the mixture in water(S103).본 발명은 공간살포시에 확산효과가 우수하고 동일 양의 광물유에 비해 방역사용시간이 증대될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 생분해로 인해 환경오염물질이 잔존하지 않아 환경오염을 전혀 유발하지 않는 공간살포 방역소독유용 친환경 식물성 기유 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 공간살포 방역소독유용 친환경 식물성 기유는, 바이오디젤 또는 식물성기름과, 식물성글리세린과, 에탄올 또는 메탄올과, 수산화나트륨과, 물이 호모믹싱기 내에서 고속교반되어 형성된다. 본 발명에 따른 공간살포 방역소독유용 친환경 식물성 기유의 제조방법은, 바이오디젤 또는 식물성기름에 식물성글리세린을 혼합하는 원료혼합단계와, 상기 원료혼합단계를 거친 혼합물을 호모믹싱기 내에서 물과 균질혼합하는 균질혼합단계를 포함한다.
