PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adaptor where deviation of a needle-pressing pad from its original mounted position is visually recognized easily and the position of a guide hole is visually recognized easily.SOLUTION: The puncture adaptor is provided with: a bracket part 3 mounted to an ultrasonic probe 2 and a guide part 5 having guide holes 4 of a puncture needle formed therein. The guide part 5 has: a guide part main body 9 provided at the bracket part 3 and the needle-pressing pad 10 mounted detachably to the guide part main body 9. The guide holes 4 open in the boundary of the guide part main body 9 and the needle-pressing pad 10.
