PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an ultrasonic probe which attains operability of a puncture needle while maintaining directivity when the puncture needle pierces, and can be mounted on the puncture needle as an accessory without difficulty used especially in performing biopsy, and to provide an ultrasonic imaging device.SOLUTION: A puncture guide attachment 12 is mounted on a convex probe 11 to perform puncture of the puncture needle 13 in the state where a guide holding part 15 where a stopper projection and a first stopper recess are engaged and a fixed part 14 are parallel to each other, so that the puncture needle 13 pierces from the direction orthogonal to the body surface of a subject 1. After that, in the state where the guide holding part 15 where a stopper projection and a first stopper recess are engaged and the fixed part 14 are inclined about a rotating shaft 35, manual operation such as mounting of an injection cylinder 61 is performed, so that piercing of the puncture needle 13 and extraction of diseased tissue from the subject 1 can be surely performed without difficulty.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】穿刺針が刺入される際の方向性を維持しながら、穿刺針の操作性、特に生検を行う場合に用いられる付属品の穿刺針への装着を困難無く行える超音波プローブおよび超音波撮像装置を実現する。【解決手段】穿刺ガイドアタッチメント12を、ストッパ突起および第1のストッパ窪みが嵌合した状態であるガイド保持部15および固定部14が平行な状態で、コンベックスプローブ11に装着し、穿刺針13の穿刺を行うこととしているので、被検体1の体表と直交する方向から穿刺針13の刺入を行い、その後、ストッパ突起および第2のストッパ窪みが嵌合した状態であるガイド保持部15および固定部14が回転軸35を中止として傾いた状態とし、注射筒61の装着等の手技を行うこととしているので、穿刺針13の刺入および被検体1の患部組織の抽出を困難無く、確実に行うことを実現させる。【選択図】図6
