Disclosed is a toothbrush having bristles of different lengths so that dental floss is not required. The toothbrush comprises: a toothbrush rod； and a toothbrush head having a support part connected to the toothbrush rod, and first bristles and second bristles formed on the support part. Here, the second bristles are bristles inside the first bristles, wherein the first bristles are the outermost bristles and a length of the second bristles is 70% or less of the length of the first bristles. When inserting the frist bristles from inside the teeth to between the teeth, at leat one of the first bristles penetrates between the teeth and protrudes outwardly.
