A toothbrush is disclosed in which bristles of different lengths are alternately arranged so that dental floss is not required. The toothbrush comprises: a toothbrush rod； and a toothbrush head having a support part connected to the toothbrush rod, and first bristles and second bristles formed on the support part. Here, the first bristles and the second bristles are alternately arranged, and the length of the second bristles is 70% or less of the length of the first bristles, and when the first bristles are inserted from inside the teeth to between the teeth, at least one of the first bristles penetrates between the teeth and protrudes outwardly.
