The present invention relates to a dental floss case attached to a toothbrush sterilizer, in which a sterilizer storing a toothbrush used for dental care and a case storing dental floss removing a foreign matter between teeth are integrally formed in a portable size such that the toothbrush is cleanly stored and dental floss is conveniently used. According to the present invention, a body having a door with a transparent window disposed on the upper part of a case room with a size capable of receiving toothbrush hair to be sterilized and stored is integrally formed with a case formed on the lower part of the body to include a tray exclusively storing the dental floss. A support made of a flexible material is formed on one side of the body to hold a head portion of the toothbrush even when the door is closed. A lamp is installed on one side surface of the case room to emit ultraviolet rays toward the toothbrush hair so as to perform sterilization.
