PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush for an infant capable of easily evoking an intended purpose of the toothbrush for finish brushing, and giving motivation for finish brushing and a sense of trust as a toothbrush exclusively for finish brushing.SOLUTION: In a toothbrush set for an infant 1 in which a first toothbrush 10 that an infant uses, and a second toothbrush 50 for finish brushing that a helper uses are stored in a blister container 2, the first toothbrush 10 includes a toothbrush body 11 and a flange-like plate 16. The length L1 from a position where the flange-like plate 16 is attached to the leading end of a brush part 12 is in the range of 30-45 mm, and a hair-transplantation area of a tuft is 75-130 mm2. The entire length L2 of the second toothbrush 50 is 130-200 mm, and the length L3 of a brush part 52 is in the range of 7-13 mm.
