PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair growth-stimulating device using light which allows whether a light source is appropriately placed to be confirmed by detecting a portion to be irradiated with light.SOLUTION: The hair growth-stimulating device using light includes: a light source part having the plurality of light sources and irradiating the skin with near infrared light a control unit for controlling lighting of the light sources in the light source part and an irradiation region determining means for determining a region to be irradiated with near infrared light.
