FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates cosmetic industry, particularly, to processing of mica including grinding, holding in chemically active matter, filtration, flushing, drying and baking. Proposed method differs from known process in that baking is performed before processing by chemically active matter at temperature not exceed that of fold fusion followed by cooling at room temperature. Note here that baking accompanied with cooling is performed 7 times. Said chemically active matter represents a decoction prepared of rye, wheat and herbs Punarnava Himalaya and Emblica Officinalis after filtration and flushing. Obtained precipitate is held in cows milk. Then, said precipitate is filtered and held in heated melted butter wherefrom water, lactalbumin and lactose are removed. Thereafter, obtained mica filtrate is additionally ground with onion sap and dried, at least 7 times. Then, ground rye, wheat and sesame oil are added to obtained mica at the following ratio, i.e. mica-rye - 1:1, mica-wheat 1:1, and mica-sesame oil 1:5. Obtained mix is heated on water bath for 3-5 h with subsequent mica separation by filtration.
