AGENT THÉRAPEUTIQUE OU PROPHYLACTIQUE CONTRE LES CHÉLOÏDES OU LES CICATRICES HYPERTROPHIQUES, ET AGENT D'INHIBITION DE L'HYPERTROPHIE TISSULAIRE DANS UNE LÉSION DES VOIES RESPIRATOIRES
[Problem] To provide a therapeutic and prophylactic agent for keloid or hypertrophic scar.[Solution] A therapeutic and prophylactic agent for keloid or hypertrophic scar, said agent comprising trehalose as the active ingredient. The aforesaid prophylactic agent for keloid or hypertrophic scar can be preferably used as an agent which is to be administered to a surgical site after surgery. As Example shows, the agent according to the present invention can effectively cure keloid or hypertrophic scar and prevent the same due to trehalose that is contained therein as the active ingredient.[Problème] Se munir d'un agent thérapeutique et prophylactique contre les chéloïdes ou les cicatrices hypertrophiques.[Solution] La présente invention concerne un agent thérapeutique et prophylactique contre les chéloïdes ou les cicatrices hypertrophiques, ledit agent comprenant le tréhalose au titre de principe actif. L'agent prophylactique susmentionné contre les chéloïdes ou les cicatrices hypertrophiques peut être de préférence employé en tant qu'agent à administrer au niveau d'un site d'opération chirurgicale après ladite opération. Comme le montre l'Exemple, l'agent selon la présente invention permet de guérir de façon efficace les chéloïdes ou les cicatrices hypertrophiques ainsi que de les prévenir grâce au tréhalose qu'il contient au titre de principe actif.【課題】 本発明はケロイド又は肥厚性瘢痕の治療剤及び予防剤を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】 上記課題は，トレハロースを有効成分として含有するケロイド又は肥厚性瘢痕の治療剤及び予防剤により解決される。また，本発明は，上記のケロイド又は肥厚性瘢痕の予防剤であって，施術後の施術部に投与される剤として好ましく用いることができる。実施例により実証されたとおり，本発明はトレハロースを有効成分として含むことで，ケロイド又は肥厚性瘢痕を効果的に治療でき，また予防できる。
