The small interfering nucleic acid is capable of cross-species inhibiting the CKIP-1 gene expression, inhibiting CKIP-1 expression in human, rhesus, rats and mice simultaneously, and facilitating the differentiation of osteoblasts and mineralization of bone matrix effectively.
