A method for pre-heating a baking tray (1) for combined ovens comprising a heat generator and a microwave generator, wherein the baking tray (1) comprises a body (2) which has a support surface (S) for a food product made of a refractory material and which is partially filled with a composite microwave heatable material comprising a matrix of a refractory material and particles of a susceptor material dispersed within the matrix. The method comprises a heating phase during which the tray (1) is maintained in the cooking chamber of the oven, while irradiated with microwave.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préchauffage dune plaque de cuisson (1) pour des fours combinés comprenant un générateur de chaleur et un générateur de micro-ondes, la plaque de cuisson (1) comprenant un corps (2) qui présente une surface de support (S) destinée à un produit alimentaire et réalisée dans un matériau réfractaire et qui est partiellement remplie dun matériau composite pouvant être chauffé par les micro-ondes comprenant une matrice dun matériau réfractaire et des particules dun matériau suscepteur dispersées à lintérieur de la matrice. Le procédé comprend une phase de chauffage au cours de laquelle la plaque (1) est maintenue dans la chambre de cuisson du four, tout en étant irradiée par des micro-ondes.
