A method for pre-heating a baking tray (1) for combined ovens comprising a heat generator and a microwave generator, wherein the baking tray (1) comprises a body (2) which has a support surface (S) for a food product made of a refractory material and which is partially filled with a composite microwave heatable material comprising a matrix of a refractory material and particles of a susceptor material dispersed within the matrix. The method comprises a heating phase during which the tray (1) is maintained in the cooking chamber of the oven, while irradiated with microwave.Bu buluş, bir ısıtıcı ve bir mikrodalga jeneratörü içeren kombine fırınlarda, sıcağa dayanıklı bir malzemeden üretilen, üzerine bir gıda ürününün yerleştirildiği bir destek yüzeyine (S) sahip olan ve kısmen, sıcağa dayanıklı malzemeden oluşan bir matris ve matrisin içine yayılmış bir süseptör malzeme içeren mikrodalgayla ısıtılabilen bir kompozit malzeme ile doldurulan bir gövdeye (2) sahip bir fırın tepsisinin (1) ön ısıtması için kullanılan bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Yöntem, tepsinin (1) fırının pişirme odasının içinde tutularak mikrodalga ışımaya maruz bırakıldığı bir ısıtma evresi içermektedir.
