The invention relates to a novel medical implant for the fixation of at least two adjacent bones in a quick, reliable and minimally invasive manner. The implant consists of a curved hollow rod that allows the use of a sealing element. The invention also relates to a method for the fixation of at least two adjacent bones using the novel implant. The method is particularly suitable for solidly connecting at least two vertebrae in order to perform an arthrodesis.La présente invention a pour objet un nouvel implant à usage médical permettant la fixation d'au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents de manière rapide, fiable et peu invasive. Cet implant est constitué d'une tige courbe et creuse permettant l'utilisation d'un élément de scellement. La présente invention décrit également une méthode de fixation d' au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents mettant en œuvre ce nouvel implant. Cette méthode est particulièrement adaptée pour la solidarisation d'au moins deux vertèbres en vue de la réalisation d'une arthrodèse.
