The present invention relates to a new implant for medical use for fixing at least two adjacent bone elements quickly, reliably and minimally invasive. This implant consists of a curved hollow rod comprising at least one deployable anchoring means for immobilizing said implant. The present invention also describes a method of attaching at least two adjacent bone elements implementing this new implant. This method is particularly suitable for the joining of at least two vertebrae for performing arthrodesis； said implant is then of curved shape which makes it particularly well suited to spine surgery. La présente invention a pour objet un nouvel implant à usage médical permettant la fixation d'au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents de manière rapide, fiable et peu invasive. Cet implant est constitué d'une tige courbe et creuse comprenant au moins un moyen d'ancrage déployable permettant d'immobiliser ledit implant. La présente invention décrit également une méthode de fixation d'au moins deux éléments osseux adjacents mettant en œuvre ce nouvel implant. Cette méthode est particulièrement adaptée pour la solidarisation d'au moins deux vertèbres en vue de la réalisation d'une arthrodèse ； ledit implant est alors de forme courbe ce qui le rend particulièrement bien adapté à la chirurgie du rachis.
