PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation having low skin irritation and sufficient drug release properties, and to provide an adhesive sheet for skin patches which has low skin irritation while having sufficient adhesiveness.SOLUTION: The invention provides an adhesive sheet for skin patches in which an adhesive layer is formed on a support of woven or nonwoven cloth and which is characterized by that a) a tackifier is not contained, b) at least a styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer, and more than 300 parts by weight of a liquid paraffin to 100 parts by weight of the copolymer are contained, c) the liquid paraffin content is 65-90% by weight, and c) the content of the above styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer is 8-20% by weight.【課題】低皮膚刺激性かつ十分な薬物の放出性を有する経皮吸収製剤、さらには、十分な粘着性を有しながら皮膚刺激性の低い皮膚貼付用粘着シートを提供すること。【解決手段】織布又は不織布の支持体上に粘着層が形成された皮膚貼付用粘着シートであって、ａ）上記粘着層に粘着付与剤を含まず、ｂ）上記粘着層は少なくともスチレン－イソプレン－スチレン共重合体、及び、該共重合体１００重量部に対して３００重量部を超える流動パラフィンを含み、ｃ）上記粘着層中の流動パラフィン含量が６５～９０重量％であり、ｃ）上記スチレン－イソプレン－スチレン共重合体の含量は、８～２０重量％であることを特徴とする皮膚貼付用粘着シート。【選択図】なし
