PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation having low skin irritation and sufficient drug release properties and to provide a method for producing an adhesive sheet for skin patch having low skin irritation while having sufficient adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive sheet for skin patch in which an adhesive layer is formed on a support of a fabric or a nonwoven fabric, wherein (a) the adhesive layer contains no tackifier, (b) the adhesive layer contains at least a styrene-isoprene-styrene (SBS) copolymer and more than 300 pts.wt. of a liquid paraffin based on 100 pts.wt. of the polymer, c) the content of the liquid paraffin in the adhesive layer is 65 to 90 wt.% and d) the content of the SBS copolymer is 8 to 20 wt.%, and there is provided a method for producing an adhesive sheet for skin patch which comprises: heating and melting the SBS copolymer and the liquid paraffin to prepare an adhesive base material; and after applying the adhesive base material on a silicone-treated polyester film, laminating a nonwoven fabric on the surface of the adhesive base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】低皮膚刺激性かつ十分な薬物の放出性を有する経皮吸収製剤、及び、十分な粘着性を有しながら皮膚刺激性の低い皮膚貼付用粘着シートの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】織布又は不織布の支持体上に粘着層が形成された皮膚貼付用粘着シートであって、a)上記粘着層に粘着付与剤を含まず、b)上記粘着層は少なくともスチレン-イソプレン-スチレン(SBS)共重合体、及び、該共重合体100重量部に対して300重量部を超える流動パラフィンを含み、c)上記粘着層中の流動パラフィン含量が65~90重量%であり、d)上記SBS共重合体の含量は、8~20重量%であり、SBS共重合体を流動パラフィンを加熱溶融し、粘着基材を作製し、シリコン処理したポリエステルフィルムに塗布した後、粘着基材の表面に不織布をラミネートする、皮膚貼付用粘着シートの製造方法。【選択図】図1
