PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bandage which enables a user to accurately determine that the bandage is extended to a suitable degree of extension for fixing to a body.SOLUTION: A bandage used by extending in fixing it to a body is provided. The bandage includes a base material having extending and contracting properties in a prescribed extending and contracting direction. The base material has an indicating surface for indicating patterns for determining a degree of extension. The pattern includes first and second linear lines intersecting each other to make at least an acute angle or an obtuse angle before the base material is extended. The first and second lines are configured in such a manner that at least the one acute angle or the obtuse angle changes to an almost right angle in an optimal extension state in which the base material is extended to the suitable degree of extension for fixing to the body.
