The barbecue sauce consists of 500 grams of yoghurt (3.5% of fat content), 80 ml of remoulade, 200 ml of tomato ketchup, 1/3 of spring onions, 15 grams of chive, 4 little cucumbers and some salt. The chive portion is increased to 20-30 grams during leaving out the spring onions.
