Intact brown rice protein replaces a portion of the vegetable protein in a nutrition shake or other nutritional composition intended for oral consumption. By suitable selection of the types and amounts of these proteins the overall cost of manufacturing the nutritional composition can be reduce without adversely affecting its other desirable properties such as nutritional value, stability, taste and mouthfeel.Les protéines de riz brun intactes remplacent une partie des protéines végétales dans une boisson nutritionnelle ou une autre composition nutritionnelle destinée à la consommation orale. Par une sélection appropriée des types et des quantités de ces protéines, le coût global de fabrication de la composition nutritionnelle peut être réduit sans affecter négativement ses autres propriétés désirables comme la valeur nutritionnelle, la stabilité, le goût et la sensation en bouche.
