PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe type jetting device capable of spouting a content fluid, even it is a small quantity, into foam or mist without impairing operability, while allowing the content fluid to be filled in a cartridge.SOLUTION: A syringe type jetting device includes: an operation tool 1B forming an air passage r1 by extending a rod 3c into a through hole of a syringe tip cylindrical section 2c a cylindrical member 4 having a plunger 6 a nozzle 7 mounted on the tip cylindrical section 2c and a barrier member 8 housed in the nozzle 7 to pass a liquid M in the cylindrical member 4 to make form. The member 4 is formed into a cartridge body 1a providing a filling space S1 by sealing a tip 4a with a breakable sheet member 5 and a rear end 4b with a plunger 6, and the body 1a is housed through an opening of the rear end 7b of the nozzle 7 to form an air passage r1-r3 in a space between the member 4 and the body 1a.
