PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic which provides a fresh feeling of use and skin compatibility, and by which elastic feeling of the skin and humectant effect persists for a long time.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type emulsion cosmetic comprises: component (a): a sodium lysine dilauroyl glutamate component (b): a sucrose fatty acid ester and/or a polyoxyethylene sterol ether having a HLB of 14 or more component (c): a sucrose fatty acid ester having a HLB of 4 or less component (d): a glycerine and/or a 1, 3-butylene glycol component (e): an oil solution and component (f): water. Total content of the components (b) and (c) is 0.8-3 mass%, content ratio thereof is 1:0.1-1:1 by mass ratio, and grain diameter of an emulsion particle is 1 &mum or less.
