PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel kneaded dried noodle and a method for producing the same, namely a further health-conscious ginger-containing dried noodle and a method for producing the same by integrating the feature of the dried noodle that it is a healthy food with low calories and the feature of ginger that it enhances metabolism.SOLUTION: The method for producing the ginger-containing dried noodle includes a noodle dough production step of kneading dried ginger powder, flour, water and salt to produce noodle dough.
